We understand the challenges that can be faced when searching for multi-faceted and complex care support. For many people across England, their care needs don’t simply start and end with one condition. Many providers struggle to offer the full spectrum of support required for a complex care plan. That’s where acuity care is different. Our approach allows us to create fully tailored care packages regardless of how complex an individuals’ needs are. Our expert teams are made up of registered nurses, clinical therapists and support workers recruited specifically for each care package we design.

Funding Support
We know the world of care and support funding can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. We work with Integrated Care Board’s (ICB’s), Local Authorities (LA’s) and Case Managers directly to provide the personalised care and resources required for each individual.
